We offer the child surveillance 6-8 weeks
baby check, which is done usually by Dr Price.
We work with the Health Visitors, who are
based at Farnham
Centre for Health.
Immunisations, which we regard as very important,
are given by the Practice Nurses by appointment and once
your baby’s date of birth is registered you will receive
computer generated invites for immunisation.
