Dispensary hours for collecting medicines are 08:30 - 12:30  and 14:00 - 18:15 Monday to Friday.

Holly Tree Surgery is able to dispense to patients who live at a distance of more than 1.6 kilometres (one mile) in a straight line from their nearest local pharmacy (the ‘one mile rule’).

To check whether you are eligible to use our dispensing service, enter your post code or address and click the "Check" button on our practice boundary map.  Local pharmacies are marked with a 1.6 km circle around them.  If you address is not within one of these coloured circles then we can dispense to you.

The Department of Health use the following website to determine the distance you are from the nearest pharmacy:

If you do live within 1.6 kilometres (one mile) from a pharmacy but consider you have serious difficulty in getting your medicines from that pharmacy then you may apply to NHS England to receive your medicines from Holly Tree Surgery.  If this applies to you then please complete the form below and bring it to the surgery.  Your doctor will provide additional information on the form and send it to NHS England for a decision to be made. You will be notified of the decision within 30 days of NHS England receiving your application.  Please note there is no right of appeal against NHS England’s decision.
